Xyratex’s Networked Storage Solutions division has recently introduced the Xyratex Training and Certification Program for System Engineers and customer support personnel. Solution Technology, a California based company, has assisted Xyratex’s World Wide Support team in the development and delivery of several formal certification programs designed to maintain Xyratex's required level of customer satisfaction.

The courses and professional certifications will include Xyratex Certified Storage Technologist (XCST), Xyratex Certified System Engineer (XCSE), Xyratex Certified Performance Specialist (XCPS), along with future advanced courses. The Xyratex Training and Certification Program will certify external customer system engineers and support organizations to install, configure, performance tune, and troubleshoot Xyratex’s family of RAID systems including the E5412E, F5404E, F6412E, and F6500E.

The latest course to be offered is the Xyratex Butser II System Engineer Virtual Training. This online class is suitable for System Engineers supporting a Butser II installation. Click here for further information.
